At Pristine Landscaping & Lighting, we believe in clear, consistent, and competitive pricing. Our lawn mowing rates are based on your yard’s square footage, providing a simple and transparent way to understand what you’re paying for. While specific factors may affect the final cost, these guidelines offer a general overview. Pricing is per mow and applies to weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) service schedules. For optimal lawn health, we require all clients to stay on a weekly schedule from March through the end of June. In the summer months, you’re welcome to switch to a bi-weekly plan if desired.

Variables That Affect the Price
Several factors can impact the cost of your lawn mowing service. While we aim to keep pricing consistent, the following variables may cause adjustments:
-
Shape: A simple, rectangular lawn is much quicker to mow than a yard with irregular shapes, flowerbeds, trees, or other landscaping features that require extra trimming and maneuvering.
-
Access: Limited access to your backyard—such as narrow gates—prevents us from using our larger, more efficient equipment. Properties with long driveways or limited parking space for our truck and trailer setup may also increase service time. Yards with direct trailer access are more cost-effective.
-
Clippings Disposal: Standard pricing assumes we will haul away lawn clippings. For larger properties, opting for side-discharge and leaving the clippings on the lawn can reduce the overall price.
Important Notes:
-
If the wrong category is selected during sign-up, the price will be adjusted after the first mow.
-
If the lawn is overgrown during the first service, an additional charge will apply at a rate of $1.50 per minute due to the extra time and labor required.
